Advocacy and Support for Natural Organic Reduction (or human composting)

In 2023, Rep. Kelly Cassidy introduced HB3158 to legalize natural organic reduction (human composting). In January 2025, it passed the House and moved to the Senate, where Sen. Mike Simmons introduced it. We are now working with Sen. Cristina Castro, Chair of the Committee, to help promote this important, environmentally responsible option for body disposition.
